Background & Problem
Routiq approached us to build a connected in-house digital ecosystem for their waste management operations. Their existing workflows relied heavily on multiple third-party platforms that lacked flexibility, created operational inefficiencies, and struggled to support evolving business requirements.

My Contribution (Fleet Monitoring)
Routiq consisted of multiple interconnected operational products designed for waste management operations. My primary contributions focused on the Fleet Monitoring platform and the Customer Native App.
For this case study, I’ll primarily focus on the Fleet Monitoring platform and the process behind designing real-time operational visibility for fleet management teams.

Built the platform around a map-centric workflow to help teams quickly understand fleet distribution, operational activity, and route progress.

Implemented smart clustering to reduce visual overload at broader zoom levels while progressively revealing vehicle-level details as users zoomed into specific areas.
